3 Songs that helped me.

When I was a teenager (that was a while ago /: ) though I still feel like I’m not even past that phase yet and here I am at 26 years old. Anyway where I’m getting at is that I wasn’t a lonely teenager but even while surrounded by many people I felt alone inside my head and I never spoke up and I just went with the flow even at my most uncomfortable situations at the end of the day  I remember going to my room and feeling so happy (kinda like I still do till this day) I would turn on my favorite songs and just lay in my bed telling myself things will get better.

so if you’re interested these are the top three that I had on looped whenever I felt alone till this day I still love them and have them on my ipod or playlist.

1. Hold On by Good Charlotte

with lyrics like these:

Your days, you say they’re way too long
And your nights, you can’t sleep at all
Hold on
And you’re not sure what you’re waiting for
But you don’t want to know more
You’re not sure what you’re looking for
But you don’t want to know more

But we all bleed the same way as you do
And we all have the same things to go through

2. I’m With You by Avril Lavigne

with lyrics like these:
It’s a damn cold night
Trying to figure out this life
Won’t you take me by the hand?
Take me somewhere new
I don’t know who you are
But I… I’m with you
I’m with you

3. Headstrong by Trapt

with lyrics like these: (this was the one when I was feeling a little mad)

Back off I’ll take you on
Headstrong to take on anyone
I know that you are wrong
Headstrong we’re headstrong
Back off I’ll take you on
Headstrong to take on anyone
I know that you are wrong and this is not where you belong
I can’t give everything away
I won’t give everything away
