If you suffer from anxiety/social anxiety, depression or both any tips on how to maybe deal with it out in the world? Or if you’ve over came some obstacles or changed a routine to help any pointers as to how and what?

  1. Something that helps me when I feel a bit sad is to go outside into the sunshine and walk around. I guess it helps if you do what you like best. I’ve found that playing upbeat, positive music helps both my depression and social anxiety. Good luck:) c.
